Terms of service
These terms cover bookings made with Love To Travel. They are written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.
Payments
Prices are per person in Philippine pesos unless stated. You can pay in full or by deposit and installments where a payment plan is shown. A booking is confirmed when the deposit is received.
How much you get back depends on when you cancel: the earlier you tell us, the more you keep. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a free date change.

Documents
You are responsible for the documents marked as yours in your checklist, by their due dates. We guide you, remind you, and handle everything marked as ours. Visa decisions belong to embassies, not to us. If a visa is refused, or documents are not ready in time, the booking is treated as a cancellation by you and the cancellation scale applies.
Changes
Itineraries can change for weather, safety, or local conditions. When a change is significant, we tell you as soon as we know.
