What a group departure is
Every Love To Travel tour runs on fixed dates as a group departure of 16 to 20 travelers, with a guide on every trip. The price is per person and public. Your group joins a departure, or fills one on its own.
The organizer travels free
A group organizer who fills a departure gets a free seat. Fill a departure with paying travelers and your own seat is on us. We tell you the exact number for the tour you choose before anyone pays.
How to hold seats
- Pick a tour and a date.
- Use the seat-hold form on the tour page to hold seats for your group. A deposit holds each seat, and the rest can be paid in parts before the booking deadline.
- We send you the booking details, the payment dates, and the document checklist for everyone.
Every payment goes to a company account and comes with a Service Invoice. How much you get back if you cancel depends on when you cancel. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a free date change.
