What a group departure is
Every Love To Travel tour runs on fixed dates as a group departure. The price is per person and public. Your group joins a departure, or fills one on its own.
One organizer, one point of contact
As the organizer you get one person at Love To Travel for the whole group, a group quotation before anyone pays, and the document checklist for everyone. Your friends pay the company directly, never you.
How to hold seats
- Pick a tour and a date.
- Use the seat-hold form on the tour page to hold seats for your group. A deposit holds each seat, and the rest can be paid in parts before the booking deadline.
- We send you the booking details, the payment dates, and the document checklist for everyone.
Every payment goes to a company account and comes with a Service Invoice. Once your down payment is made, your booking is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If a departure is canceled, we move you to another date or tour of equal value and your payments stay as credit.
